It all started last year, I hurt myself snowboarding which left me unable to lift weights which led to a little extra fat around my midsection and on my butt. I then hurt my knee several months later which prolonged my gym absence and my portly state was solidified when I hurt my foot at the end of the summer. I now sit here several pounds heavier with many pairs of pants that no longer fit and a gut that makes it hard to see my……….feet.

Now I am not writing in hopes that you will feel bad for me and offer to pay for lipo, which at Sono Bello is now only $995 per area, but instead have decided to add a component to my blog that will hopefully increase my followers from 1 to 3.
I am introducing Dan’s Sexy Watch! If you look at the top right side of my blog page I have posted a “flattering” picture of myself which will be updated weekly so that you can all view the success or failure at my attempt of returning to the gym. I know that many people like to take body improvement pictures with their shirt off and that they may even list their weight, but until I am in a little bit better shape I will be posting shirted pictures of myself for your safety and I won’t be posting my weight for my safety.
